<p>Join us this fall for a series of public events meant to foster discussion about the issues. Come and tell me your concerns, your priorities, and what you want to see from state government.</p>

Walk with Me - Merrimack

<p>Shannon believes that there is an undeniable link between strong public schools and building a strong economy. She <strong>opposes any attempt to spend your hard earned tax dollars on private and religious schools.</strong> As a mother of four, Shannon knows the costs related to college education and that we must take action to make affordable, high quality education available to Granite Staters. She also believes we must do more to<strong> invest in career and technical training and community colleges</strong> since a four year education is not the only path to a successful career.</p>

<p>We need a big showing at this year’s parades! We have two parades on the Fourth of July, in Amherst and Merrimack. Get your daily steps in and have fun introducing voters to Shannon.</p>

<p>Shannon knows that <strong>if our community isn't safe, nothing else really matters. </strong>That's why she will always ensure those on the front lines combatting the opioid crisis have the tools they need and <strong>those battling addiction and substance misuse have access to quality healthcare. &nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Shannon adamantly opposes a sales and income tax. </strong>As a state senator, she led the charge to eliminate the Merrimack tolls. She will work tirelessly to lower taxes, stop future tolls, and tackle rising costs of gas and groceries.&nbsp;</p>
